Support Ukraine

Between March and June 2025, we are donating 5% of our revenue to The Caravan to Ukraine (Karavanen till Ukraina rf). The goal is to join forces with friends, colleagues, relatives, partners, and volunteers to fund a four-wheel-drive vehicle packed to the brim with supplies needed at the front and elsewhere in Ukraine.

Your help is needed! The fundraising campaign ”Vårt strå till stacken” (Doing Our Part) aims to raise €25,000 by summer. With this amount, Karavanen till Ukraina can purchase both vehicles and equipment.

Since 2023, The Caravan to Ukraine has purchased and delivered over 100 vehicles and large quantities of equipment to Ukraine. On the ground in Lviv, their partner organization E+ receives the deliveries. This ensures that only items that are truly needed are sent, and that the deliveries reliably reach their intended recipients.

For the past two years, we’ve been sending Christmas donations to the Caravan. In early March 2025, we had the opportunity to attend a presentation by the organization in Ingå. During the talk, it became clear just how much these material deliveries mean to people in war-torn Ukraine.

Four-wheel-drive vehicles are critical—to transport equipment and personnel to the front, evacuate the wounded, and more. And these vehicles are constantly at risk from drone attacks, landmines, and shelling. There is an ongoing need to replace the vehicles that are lost.

That ordinary people across Europe haven’t forgotten Ukraine, but continue to contribute in concrete ways to its defense, is hugely important for the country’s resilience and morale. Ukraine is not abandoned.

At the Caravan’s presentation, we learned that both organizations and individuals can support the initiative by creating their own fundraising campaign for the Caravan, collecting money earmarked for a dedicated vehicle. Shortly afterward, we decided to launch our own campaign for The Caravan to Ukraine—and to invite friends, colleagues, relatives, and volunteers to help fund our own vehicle.

The campaign was named “Vårt strå till stacken”, meaning  “Doing Our Part”—because that’s exactly what it is, nothing more, nothing less. Alongside many others around the world, we are a small part of the long chain that keeps the front line holding—and helps stop, and ultimately drive out, the invading Russian forces.

Once the €25,000 goal is reached, The Caravan to Ukraine allocates about three-quarters of the funds to purchase a vehicle in good condition—typically a four-wheel-drive pickup or van—and to ensure it receives proper servicing and off-road tires. The remaining funds go toward equipment, transport, and travel expenses.

When enough vehicles are ready, the next caravan sets off with volunteer drivers, traveling through the Baltics and Poland toward Lviv. After the equipment has been delivered, the participants return home by train and bus. Everything is based on volunteer work, with no administrative overhead.

Even if we don’t reach the fundraising goal, our donations—together with many others—will still make a meaningful difference.
